Full Planning Coordination
If you need a professional to handle all the details of an event, from assisting in finding the perfect event venue down to making a decision on the right shade of ribbon, this is the package for you.
Meet with client to assist in developing your vision, ideas and desires for your wedding
- Advice on etiquette and important wedding related questions and ideas for flowers, photography, decorations and latest trends
- Create a detailed Budget Spreadsheet
- Refer reputable and experienced service providers
- Schedule appointments between the client and vendor and attend meetings if available
- Provide on-going communication with client via emails or phone calls.
- Communicate regularly with all vendors to ensure all arrangements are in order
- Create a detailed time-line of entire wedding day schedule
- Rehearsal Coordination by instructing members of wedding party in processional line spacing and flow
- Arrive at the ceremony site prior to the ceremony to ensure final details are in order
- Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries
- Assist wedding party, family members, guests as needed
- Ensure all vendors are doing their job according to contracts
- Light candles, place favors and place cards, assist in decorating
- Coordinate your actual ceremony by arranging the bridal party, assisting bride with dress, cueing the music, etc.
- Ensure that everyone, including the Bride & Groom, is on schedule
- Cues for Grand Entrance, First Dance, Toasts, Father/Daughter Dance, Cake Cutting, Bouquet and Garter Toss and send off of Bride and Groom.
- Gather anything remaining at the end of the night such as gifts, cake servers, and toasting glasses.
- Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of couple.
- Safe keeping of all wedding gifts until delivered to designated family members
Full Coordination Fee: $3000.00

"Month of" Coordination
This level offers "month of" coordination for the couple that has already taken care of the wedding planning themselves, but would like to ensure that all the hours they have invested in the planning will be an organized and successful day.
Two months prior to wedding date, meet with the bride to review all vendor contracts and details and vendor referrals for those not yet secured.
- Review floor plan layouts
- Create a detailed time-line of entire wedding day schedule

- Arrive at the ceremony site prior to the ceremony to ensure final details are in order

"Day of" Wedding Coordination
This level offers limited communication and "day of" coordination for couples that have already taken care of the wedding planning and wedding schedule themselves. "Day of" coordination gives you the reassurance and assistance with the rehearsal and/or execution of the set-up of the ceremony and/or reception.
